What is PACS-iT?

PACS-iT is an affordable all-in-one DICOM server that forms the crux of a PACS (Picture archival and communication system). It is store server and a Query/retrieve server built into one. As the heart of a PACS, PACS-iT is extremely user-friendly to deploy and maintain for any IT administrator making it perfect for small to medium size imaging facilities trying to digital.

PACS-iT lends a build-your-own PACS approach allowing users to be completely vendor independent. PACS-iT being the core of a PACS network, allows users the flexibility to add third party DICOM viewers to it.
